School Settings
Configure school profile, academic year, grading system, and global preferences.
School profile
Go to Settings → School Profile. Update school name, address, board, logo, and principal name. These appear on all printouts — report cards, receipts, ID cards, and payslips.
Academic year settings
Go to Settings → Academic Year. The current active year is shown. At year-end, click Start New Year after completing all promotions. The system archives past year data and resets counters for attendance, fees, and examinations.
Grading system
Go to Settings → Grading. Configure the grading scale — grade labels, minimum percentage for each grade, and whether to show CGPA or percentage on report cards.
Attendance settings
- Minimum attendance percentage for low attendance alert
- Holiday calendar for the academic year
- Working days of the week (Monday–Saturday, or Monday–Friday)
