What is AI Principal?
AI Principal is a built-in AI assistant that has access to your school's live data — students, attendance, fees, marks, and staff. You can ask it questions in plain English and it responds with data-driven answers and recommendations.

→ Shows a list with each student's attendance percentage.

→ Comparative summary with percentage change.

Data access
AI Principal only accesses data within your school's local database. No data is sent to any external AI service. The AI engine runs locally on your server machine.
Permissions
Access to AI Principal is permission-controlled. Grant or revoke access from Settings → Users & Roles → AI Access. Role: Principal and Administrator have access by default.
