Report Cards
Generate and print professional report cards after marks are finalised.
Generating report cards
Go to Examination → Report Cards. Select the exam session and class. Click Generate All to process results for the entire class in one step. The system calculates totals, percentages, grades, and class rank automatically.
Printing report cards
Report cards are generated as PDFs using iText 7. The layout includes:
- School name and logo at the top
- Student name, class, section, admission number, and roll number
- Subject-wise marks: Full Marks / Marks Obtained / Grade / Pass or Fail
- Total marks, percentage, rank in class, division (1st / 2nd / 3rd)
- Attendance percentage for the term
- Teacher's remarks and principal's signature line
- Co-curricular activities and discipline grades (if CCE enabled)
Grading systems

| Percentage | Raw marks / max marks × 100. Grade from configured cut-offs. |
| CGPA (CBSE) | 9-point scale per subject, overall CGPA shown. |
| Custom | Define your own grade labels and percentage ranges in Settings → Grading. |
