Minimum and recommended hardware and software specifications for running DEBMEDIA School ERP.

SQL Server LocalDB is included in the installer. For schools with more than 500 students or multiple simultaneous users, SQL Server Express (free) or Standard is recommended.
Network requirements (multi-user LAN setup)
For a multi-user installation where several staff members use the software simultaneously on a LAN:
- One machine acts as the database server — any PC running SQL Server Express or Standard.
- Client machines connect to the server machine using its hostname or IP over the local network.
- No internet connection is required for any operation.
- A gigabit LAN switch is recommended for best performance.
Printer requirements
For printing fee receipts, report cards, and payslips, any Windows-compatible printer works. Printing is done via the system's default print dialog — no special printer driver needed. A4 is the default paper size for all printouts.
