What is DEBMEDIA School ERP?
DEBMEDIA School ERP is a comprehensive, offline-first school management system built for Windows. It covers every operational area of a school — from admissions and student records to examinations, fee collection, HR and payroll, timetabling, library, transport, hostel and a suite of AI-powered tools. Everything runs locally on your server or PC, with no mandatory internet connection and no subscription fees.
How modules are organised
The application opens to the Main Form, which presents a tabbed interface. Each major area of school management is a tab. Tabs are permission-gated — a staff member only sees the tabs their role allows.

Data privacy
All student, staff, and financial data is stored in a local SQL Server database. Nothing is transmitted to any external server. No telemetry, no analytics calls, no cloud sync. You own your data entirely.
