Users & Roles
Creating user accounts, defining roles, and restricting access by module.
Roles
Go to Settings → Roles & Permissions (Admin only). Each role has a set of permissions — which menus and actions (view, create, edit, delete) are allowed.
Default roles: Admin (full access), Accountant (all vouchers and reports, no settings), Operator (voucher entry only).
Creating Users
Go to Settings → Users (Admin only). Create a username and password and assign a role. Users see only the menus their role permits.
Settings menu items (Users, Roles, Audit Log, Backup, App Settings) are only accessible to users with the Admin role.
