Dashboard KPIs
The Dashboard shows six live KPI cards, refreshed every time you open it or click Refresh:
| KPI | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today's Sales | Total sales voucher amount for today's date |
| This Month's Sales | Total sales for the current calendar month |
| Total Receivables | Sum of all outstanding Sundry Debtor balances |
| Total Payables | Sum of all outstanding Sundry Creditor balances |
| Cash & Bank | Combined balance of all cash and bank ledgers |
| Low Stock Items | Count of items below their reorder level |
Charts
Two charts are shown: a 6-month sales trend bar chart and a receivables aging pie chart (0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+ days). Both read live from the same GL data.
