What your PC needs to run DEBMEDIA ERP smoothly.
Minimum Requirements

32-bit Windows is not supported. DEBMEDIA ERP requires a 64-bit edition of Windows 10 or 11.
Multi-User (LAN) Setup
For multi-user installations, place the database file (erp.db) on a shared network folder accessible to all workstations. The PC hosting the database should be:
- Always on during business hours
- Connected via Gigabit Ethernet (Wi-Fi is not recommended for the database host)
- Running Windows 10/11 Pro with network file sharing enabled
No database server needed. SQLite handles concurrent multi-user access without a separate database engine. For more than 15 simultaneous users, contact support for performance tuning guidance.
Antivirus Exclusions
Add the DEBMEDIA ERP installation folder and the database file location to your antivirus real-time scan exclusion list. Scanning the live SQLite file causes severe slowdowns during heavy data entry.
