Item Master
All products and services you buy or sell are Items. Configure them in the Items tab:

FIFO Stock Valuation
DEBMEDIA ERP uses FIFO (First In, First Out). Stock is consumed at the cost of the oldest available batch. Cost of Goods Sold posts automatically on every Sale — no manual COGS entries needed. FIFO is compliant with Ind AS 2.
How Stock Moves

Stock Ledger
Go to the Stock Ledger tab. Select an item and date range. The report shows every stock movement — quantity in/out, running balance, unit cost, and source transaction reference. Export to Excel, CSV, or PDF.
Low-Stock Alerts
Set a Reorder Level on each item in the Items tab. The Dashboard shows a Low Stock count for all items at or below their reorder level. Go to the Items tab, sort by Current Stock, and raise a Purchase Order for items that are running low.
