Installation & First Setup

Download, install, and configure DEBMEDIA ERP for your company in under 30 minutes.

Step 1 — Download the Installer

After purchase, you will receive a download link by email. Download the setup executable (~85 MB).

Windows SmartScreen may warn you. Click More info → Run anyway. This is normal for newly published software.

Step 2 — Run the Installer

  1. Right-click the setup file → Run as administrator.
  2. If .NET 10 is missing, the installer downloads and installs it automatically (internet required for this step only).
  3. Accept the license, choose the install folder, click Install.
  4. Click Finish. The login screen appears.

Step 3 — First Login

You will be forced to change the password on first login. Choose a strong password and save it in a password manager.

Step 4 — Company Profile

  1. Go to the Company Profile tab.
  2. Enter Company Name, address, phone, email.
  3. Enter your GSTIN and State. The state determines CGST+SGST vs IGST on all transactions.
  4. Save.

Step 5 — Financial Year

  1. Go to the Financial Years tab.
  2. Click New — set start date 01 Apr 2026, end date 31 Mar 2027.
  3. Click Mark Current. All new transactions will post to this year.

Step 6 — Add Master Data

Customers Suppliers Items / Products Customise Chart of Accounts (optional)

You are now ready to enter transactions.
