Overview
The Dashboard tab shows live business metrics calculated directly from your transaction data. Press F5 or click Refresh at any time to recalculate.
KPI Cards
| KPI | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Revenue Today | Sum of all posted Sales Invoices with today's date |
| Revenue This Month | Month-to-date posted sales |
| Open Invoices | Count and total value of posted Sales Invoices with an outstanding balance |
| Outstanding Payables | Total unpaid balance on posted Purchase Invoices |
| Low Stock Items | Count of items at or below their Reorder Level |
KPIs are scoped to your active company and active financial year shown in the status bar. Switch financial year from the Financial Years tab if needed.
Acting on Dashboard Data
- High open invoices: Go to the Receivables Ageing tab to see which customers are overdue and for how long.
- High payables: Go to the Payables Ageing tab to prioritise supplier payments.
- Low stock: Go to the Items tab, sort by Current Stock, and raise a Purchase Order for items running low.
