Financial Reports
Trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, account ledger, and AR/AP ageing — all reports your CA needs.
Core Financial Statements
All reports are date-range filterable and export to Excel, CSV, and PDF from the toolbar buttons.
| Tab Name | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Trial Balance | Every account with debit/credit totals and net balance as of a chosen date. Confirms the books are balanced — total debits must equal total credits. |
| Profit & Loss | Revenue minus expenses for a period. Shows gross profit and net profit. |
| Balance Sheet | Assets, liabilities, and equity as of a date. |
| Account Ledger | All transactions for any single account with a running balance. Drill from Trial Balance to here. |
| Journal (Ledger) | Every posted journal entry in chronological order — the raw accounting audit trail. |
| Stock Ledger | All stock movements for a selected item — quantity, FIFO cost, running balance. |
Receivables & Payables Ageing
Go to the Receivables Ageing tab for outstanding customer invoices, or Payables Ageing for outstanding supplier bills. Both reports group invoices by age:
| Bucket | Action |
|---|---|
| 0–30 days | Current — recently issued |
| 31–60 days | Follow up soon |
| 61–90 days | Escalate follow-up |
| 91+ days | Seriously overdue — consider legal action or supply hold |
Export Options
Every report screen has an export toolbar with:

- Print Preview — see the layout before printing
- Export Excel (.xlsx) — bold headers, typed numbers, formula-injection safe
