Employee management, attendance, payroll processing, and payslips — coming in v1.1.
This module is under active development for v1.1. The Employee master (basic profile, bank details, PAN, Aadhaar) is included in v1.0. Full payroll processing with statutory deductions follows in v1.1.
Available in v1.0 — Employee Master
The Employees tab lets you store and manage employee records:
- Employee code, full name, department, designation
- Joining date, date of birth, gender
- PAN, Aadhaar number
- Bank account number and IFSC for salary transfer
- Basic salary (for reference; payroll calculation is v1.1)
- Active / Inactive status
Coming in v1.1 — Payroll Processing
- Salary structures (Basic, HRA, Transport Allowance, Special Allowance)
- Monthly attendance entry (manual or CSV from biometric device)
- Leave management (allocation, application, approval)
- Statutory deductions: PF (12% of Basic), ESIC (0.75% employee), Professional Tax
- One-click monthly payroll run with automatic proration for absent days
- Individual payslips with company logo
- Bank transfer file export (NEFT/ECS format)
- Statutory reports: PF Challan (ECR), ESIC Challan, PT Statement
