Weather presets recreate rain, fog, snow, storms and other conditions. They change colour, contrast and softness to suggest the weather you want. In this set of 20, 3 lean warm, 13 lean cool and 4 stay close to neutral. On average they change contrast by +8 and saturation by -6; 3 boost colour, 1 add visible grain and 5 add a noticeable vignette.
