What is your typical response time?

I respond to all messages within 24 hours on business days. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest route — I typically respond within a few hours during IST business hours (10AM–10PM).

Do you work with international clients?

Absolutely. I've worked with clients across Germany, the UK, the US, Australia, and Southeast Asia. I'm comfortable with remote collaboration, async communication, and different time zones. My three years working on-site in Germany gave me solid international project experience.

What is your project onboarding process?

We start with a free 15-minute discovery call to understand your requirements and goals. I then send a detailed proposal with timeline, milestones, and pricing. Once agreed, we begin with a signed contract and an initial deposit. I send weekly progress updates throughout.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major payment platforms for international clients. For Indian clients, UPI and NEFT transfers are available. Payments are milestone-based — typically 40% upfront, 40% mid-project, and 20% on delivery.

Do you provide ongoing support after project completion?

Yes. All projects include a 30-day post-delivery support window at no additional cost. Beyond that, I offer ongoing maintenance retainer packages. Long-term clients often become recurring partnerships — some clients have been working with me for over five years.
