Chapter 01 · The Beginning
Every Journey Has a Beginning. Mine Started with Technology.
In 2002, my journey into the world of computers began. What started as an interest in technology gradually evolved into a lifelong pursuit of learning, teaching, engineering, and building software.
Over the years, that journey has taken me from computer science education and teaching to professional software development, international projects, entrepreneurship, and software architecture.
More than two decades later, the journey continues — driven by curiosity, engineering, and the desire to build technology that solves real problems.

Chapter 02 · Education, Teaching & First Breakthrough
Learn. Teach. Build. Repeat.
B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science — and teaching from early on. After just one or two semesters I joined a renowned computer training institute as faculty, at an initial salary of ₹10,000. The real reward was the chance to teach, learn, and help others grow.
Over time I taught more than 2,000 students, and kept teaching even after entering the software industry.

I later moved to a better institute and gradually began delivering corporate training as well.
My First Breakthrough in Software Development
As my teaching career progressed, I began asking myself an important question: “I am teaching others, but what am I building myself?” That question led me towards professional software development.
In my first major software developer recruitment process, approximately 180 candidates attended the interview, and I secured the second rank. I joined the company as a Junior Software Developer while continuing to teach and train others.
Over the following years, I progressed from junior-level development to senior software development, gaining practical experience in building software and working on professional projects.
Teaching helped me understand how people learn. Software development taught me how to turn ideas into working solutions.

I worked across different technologies and application types, including web development, desktop software, database-driven systems, and business applications.
A major milestone came when I was assigned to work on a client project in Germany. I spent three years there, gaining valuable international project experience and working in a professional environment beyond my home market.
During this period, my focus shifted further towards software architecture, engineering quality, project execution, and solving complex technical problems.
After returning, I started building my own software business and gradually expanded into international markets.
Every role taught me something new. Every project expanded the way I approached technology.

Chapter 04 · Entrepreneurship & Software Product Development
From Building Software to Building a Company.
After returning from Germany, I started my own software business around 2016–2017 — beginning with software and website development, then expanding into international client markets.
I wanted to build what thousands of companies weren't: system utilities, media players, productivity tools, and specialised software that fills real gaps in the market — including approximately 50 Java Swing desktop applications.

Like many businesses, we faced difficult periods, including the disruption caused by COVID-19. That experience encouraged us to reassess our direction, rebuild, and explore new opportunities.
Building Beyond Conventional Software
My focus became identifying gaps in existing products, finding opportunities where a useful feature was missing, and developing solutions that offered something different.
Over time, I built a portfolio of more than 500 software projects and more than 50 full-fledged SaaS applications. Many were developed for my own product portfolio and business initiatives, while client projects were delivered with support from my development team. At our largest, the team included approximately 12 members across Java, PHP, and other development roles.
I worked extensively with Java Swing, and cross-platform capability was one of the reasons I valued Java for desktop software.
I wanted to do more than deliver projects. I wanted to build products, identify opportunities, and create software with lasting value.
