7Payment Terms
7.1 Pricing
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
7.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Credit/Debit Cards (through approved payment gateways)

7.3 Payment Schedule
For professional services, the typical payment schedule is:

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Work may be suspended for accounts more than 15 days overdue.
7.6 Currency
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international clients, currency conversion rates and fees applied by payment processors are the responsibility of the client.
8Refund Policy
8.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
- Product is significantly different from description
- Technical issues prevent product use (and cannot be resolved)
- Duplicate purchase made in error (within 48 hours)
8.2 Professional Services
For professional services, refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus processing fees
- Work in progress: Partial refund for incomplete milestones
- After delivery: No refund unless deliverables do not meet agreed specifications

9NDA & Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that during the course of business, confidential information may be shared. "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to:
