In cases where a discretionary refund is granted for serious and exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues preventing course access, medical emergencies with documentation, or other genuine hardships), the maximum refund amount shall not exceed 50% of the purchase price.
2.3 LIVE/INTERACTIVE COURSES
2.3.1 Strict No Refund Policy
Live course enrollments are ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you have paid the full course fee, you cannot cancel or request a refund by simply changing your mind.
2.3.2 Pre-Payment Inquiry Requirement
Before enrolling in any live course:
- You MUST ask all your questions and clear all doubts by contacting the instructor
- Course details, schedule, curriculum, requirements, and expectations are clearly provided

2.3.3 No Change of Mind Accepted
Once payment is completed:
- You cannot withdraw from the course due to change of mind
- You cannot claim you didn’t understand what you were signing up for
- You cannot request refund due to schedule conflicts you were aware of
- You cannot seek refund because the course is challenging or demanding
2.3.4 Why This Policy Exists for Live Courses
This strict policy is necessary because:
- Live courses have limited seats – your enrollment blocks another student’s opportunity
- Instructor schedules dedicated time specifically for registered students
- Course materials and live session preparations are customized for enrolled participants
- Last-minute cancellations disrupt the learning experience for other students
- Significant planning and resource allocation happens based on confirmed enrollments
2.3.5 Exceptional Circumstances – Discretionary Consideration Only
Refunds for live courses are NOT guaranteed but may be considered at the sole and absolute discretion of Debasis Bhattacharjee in cases of:
Acceptable Reasons for Consideration:
- Serious medical emergencies (with medical documentation)
- Accidental duplicate payment (must be reported within 24 hours)
- Death in immediate family (with documentation)
- Unforeseen critical circumstances genuinely beyond your control
Decision Authority:
- All decisions regarding live course refunds rest solely with Debasis Bhattacharjee
- The instructor’s decision is final and non-negotiable
- Even in approved cases, maximum refund is 50% of course fee
- Requests must be submitted before the course start date with supporting documentation
2.3.6 What Does NOT Qualify for Live Course Refund
Refunds will ABSOLUTELY NOT be considered for:
- Change of mind after payment
- “I’m too busy” or “I don’t have time anymore”
- Work commitments or schedule conflicts you could have foreseen
- Course difficulty or pace not matching your expectations
- Personal preference changes
- Financial difficulties after payment
- Finding a cheaper alternative course
- Dissatisfaction with course content (all content is described before enrollment)
- Technical issues on your end (internet, computer, timezone misunderstanding)
- Claiming you “didn’t know” what you were enrolling in
- Any reason that could have been clarified by asking questions before payment
2.3.7 Transfer to Another Batch
In exceptional circumstances, and at sole discretion, transfer to a future batch may be considered:
- One-time transfer only, subject to seat availability
- Must be requested at least 3 days before course start date
- Transfer fee may apply
- No refund if you cannot attend the transferred batch
2.3.8 Partial Attendance Not Eligible for Partial Refund
If you:
- Attend only some sessions
- Stop attending midway through the course
- Miss sessions due to personal reasons
You are NOT eligible for any refund or pro-rata payment adjustment. The full course fee remains payable and non-refundable.

3. Affiliate Marketing Products
