This page tracks the history of the Debmedia Utilities catalog itself — when each category reached its current size, when the site's structure changed, and when major milestones were hit. It is deliberately organized around the catalog and the website rather than as 250 separate per-tool version histories, because almost every utility here launched at version 1.0.0 and has not needed a revision since; individual tools that do receive an update in the future will have that update called out specifically below, in addition to being noted on that tool's own detail page.
If you are looking for a specific utility's own release notes rather than the catalog's overall history, the fastest place to check is the "Version" line in that utility's meta information box on its detail page, reachable from All Utilities or any category page.

Update Policy
Because every utility in this catalog does exactly one narrowly-scoped job, most tools will simply never need an update once they work correctly — there is no feature roadmap sitting behind a tool like Password Generator or Ping Utility waiting to be built out further. Updates are released for a specific reason: a Windows update changes an API's behavior, a bug gets reported through the Contact page and confirmed, or a genuinely useful, narrowly-scoped feature is requested that fits the tool's existing single-purpose design without turning it into something bigger and more complicated than it needs to be. When any tool is updated, its version number, size and last-updated date on its own detail page will change, and a note will appear both there and on this page.
